Horrible customer service from Lovely

The phone seems like a good option for seniors who are not tech savvy. However the rate plans and customer service are all HORRIBLE at best! Long hold times, rude customer service reps who do not understand the product they are representing. Not a good experience at all.

GE Front Load

The guys who came and installed were very nice, the only small glitch I am having is the balancing on the washer. The repair crew will be in this week hopefully once they are done the balancing wilbe corrected.
