Lively Jitterbug

Activation process through Lively is a nightmare. Hold times in excess of 30 minutes. Unable to port a number unless I contact present carrier and secure a pin number, etc. Have been trying for two weeks to activate the phone and now it is no longer returnable. Very frustrated.

Lies You Tell

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product didn't transfer the current phone number in a few days as promised 24-72 hours, it's been more than that and the number still hasn't been transported over to Jitterbug...my mother is elderly and only has this cell number...should have been honest about the actual transfer time. Sad!!!

There are better phone out there
