My husband loves his Jitterbug. Easy to use and set up

So far, once I got the phone set up it is really easy to use.

Bought for ALZ. Patient to replace I phone, thinking it woukd be easier to use. Nothing wrong with the phone really, but 5 steps yo make a call from contact list...which is too much...so not working well for us.

I'm having some trouble learning the new improvements

Easy to use. No guessing with "icons". Highly recommend.

Looked over the phone, read about activation and some other reviews. Decided to return it as it didn't seem like it would meet the needs of my loved one.

I returned it and purchased a Lively Flip Phone instead. The Jitterbug Smart 3 had much more than I need or would use. I do believe it should have a five star rating.

Monthly plan advertised as 19.99. BUT it's a smart phone so you haveto buy a data plan. Add 10 bucks. Now taxes and fees. Your I'm switching from Verizon to a cheap plan doesn't go from 50 to 20. It goes from50 to 40!All the hassle of getting a new phone to save 10 bucks. Plus the phone itself is awkward to learn. Or I'm used to my Samsung. Basically paying 40 a month for a phone in a drawer in case my Samsung goes wackyagain.

ok, but instructions to set up phone was too cumbersome. I believe that Best Buy should assist in the set up

Great phone that is good for Seniors, very advanced.

For a "smart phone" supposedly made to make things easier for Seniors, this item is nothing of the sort. I bought the phone for my wife to replace her flip-fone that was discontinued. The set up and use of the phone has been difficult and time-consuming with added steps that were not necessary before. I'm having a lot of trouble getting it ready for her and hope she will be able to use it when I'm done.

There's no speed dial option for the flip phone! Something an elderly person would appreciate. You have to hit the OK button to turn it on instead of simply "flipping" it open. Also, have to hit the OK BUTTON LIKE 4 times to get to the contact you want Smartphone set up was a NIGHTMARE! After the first phone was not set up correctly two more phones were shipped out because techs couldn't figure out how to set up the phone.

Best customer service I have ever received. Found the cover I needed and put it on my phone. That has been a phone lifesaver. The stylus has helped my texting! Thank you. I have been a Lively/Jitterbug for awhile. Very pleased.

I picked this Jitterbug out for my stepmom(88 yrs.) who was having great difficulty using another cell phone we had bought. The large keys/letters are so much easier for her as well as the pretty much self explanatory screens as to what to do and what to pick.
