Purchased for a friend confined to a nursing home with advance Parkinsons Disease and Stndrome He was too sick to use it so have started using it myself. With the very simple and friendly user interface prefer it over my LG Android phone

Choosing between multiple text, voice and data packages can get confusing. And very expensive. $130/mo. Will add to my personal plan and only pay approx. $40.00/mo.

The phone is ok but when we called Lively to hook it up to service we found out about a bunch of hidden fees (even though I called before we purchased the phone to make sure we knew what all the fees would be).

Advertised as senior safety $19.99 per month with moble medical alert. Serive provider wouldn't provide the medical alert unless you pay $49.99 per month. Additionally, the order was delivered to another state as a Christmas present. Only to find out it was useless. Finally, the entire order had to be shipped back to NJ so it could be returned only to find out there only 14 days to return it and due to the mail service I am now stuck with a useless phone as a doorstop. This just another reason why I have not purchased anything from Best Buy in over 15 years. Warranties and customer satisfaction mean nothing to them.

Quality phone but some seniors will struggle with the instructions.

The representative at Lively is great. If you are going from a tracfone, porting your number is impossible.

The product is fine, your service is horrible! Phone call back from store does not exist!!!!

I bought it as a gift for my father as an upgrade to his flip phone. He is very happy with it.

I had to replace my Smart 2 phone. It was great to be able to purchase the phone at Best Buy and not have to wait for Lively to send a phone through the mail. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Nice phone but you can always find a better phone for text use

I bought the phone. And called to activate the service. And I could not get anyone to help me. Played phone tag. And I finally gave up. and took the whole package back.

It's a little slow connecting to an app but overall a pretty good phone.

While marketed for seniors, not simple as could be for someone mentally and technically challenged with age. Took considerable time to explain to my 94+ year old mom. Device too sensitive, confusing tapping with slight swiping. Quite thin

Thought I would like getting a new phone. WRONG!!! Purchased the Jitterbug on 2-20-2022 and still do not have my old number transferred to the new phone. Tracfone has released the number but the Jitterbug has not gotten it yet. It is at the point now that NEITHER phone will receive calls. The temporary number is not usable anymore and my old number has not been set up yet on Jitterbug either. NOT happy at all. What was supposed to be just a couple days has become two weeks and I suppose I will have to pay for those 2 weeks of no service. I was led to believe that there would be no problems but all I have had is problems so far. By the way, the phone is NOT David's phone!!! It belongs to Mary Lou Cook....NOT David Cook.

Network is very poor. Frequently cannot receive or make calls.

A little confusing to set up the phone but works very well.
