Way too many steps to answer, and to make phone calls. Swiping up to start the process of answering a phone call is ridiculous. I bought this phone thinking it would be simple for my mother to use. Whatever happened to just press the green button to except the call??

Didn’t work for us.

She wants a cellphone and I think she needs one. I got this one because I thought it was a supposed to be simple to use. It wasn’t for her. I know a lot is because she wouldn’t follow directions or read what is on the screen. For some reason her finger would not work on the screen which got her frustrated to begin with. I don’t know if her fingers are too cold, dry or smooth. I now have an extra phone. My wife has a cousin who got one and didn’t like it either. I should have known better than to get it but it sounded like it would be very easy to use.
