Don’t do it

Lovely’s customer service is terrible. I bought these for my parents. They were perfectly happy with their iPhones. Service is with AT&T. They give a nice military discount. I switched to lively for the emergency response component it been close to 2 weeks for them to give them service /activate the phone they charged me $80 still no service and I already got a bill.

Supposed to be easy for seniors

The phone. They ask me where speed dial is and well, it takes several steps to get there vs one press. Perhaps they should consult a senior before designing and building. Took 10 years trying to give up the flip phone and now they want it back!

I was guaranteed the Apple Watch could be synced to phone but this was a lie. After hours of my time trying was told by Best Buy employee that it was not possible. Very disappointed
