Terrible phone for elderly or anyone

It is difficult for her to turn it on and it takes 4 different swipes to make a call. She doesn't see well and is quite elderly. This is supposed to be easy, but even I found it to be difficult. I finally figured out how to speak to it to make a call, but it doesn't get it right the first time. I returned it and Best Buy was great about my refund.

I have not had a phone like this before. Soon as I get everything put in, I will enjoy it. The only phone I had before was a small pay as you go phone.

Installed apps on home page such as phone is missing internal features. Either will not allow you to repace them or will be lost again over night. Camera/photo app inoperative.
