Beware
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it was not clear to me that putting my landline phone number on the new phone cancelled my coverage with my current provider. Don't do it! you can lose your land lind number!! I did!

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very unhappy to have paid full price Dec. 23, but received a Lively Jitterbug phone that was "used" and hadn't bee wiped. The follow up with Lively and Best Buy and Geek Squad/Total Tech's customer support was awful...terrible! It wasn't until my last call to Best Buy that I had an EXCELLENT service rep who solved the problem.

Not friendly for the elderly
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too much technical know how needed to set for the elderly, whom lack these modern day skills. Compound that with the lack of adequate customer service from jitterbug, who will only speak with the name on the phone. In our case this is an elderly person who doesn’t have the technical savvy to navigate the setup.

Not Simple At All
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its just "Great Call" under a new name. Phone is not easy to use for older adults and you cannot deactivate the emergency key. My dad pressed the button 5 times one night trying to call me. The phone takes five steps tp make a call. Seniors cant do the 5 steps.

Not a Simple Phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too many steps to place a call. Too easy to accidentally contact 5 Star, no option to remove. Not enough flexibility on which features are on the Home Screen and on the phone screen. Don’t be fooled by ads in AARP

Lively smart cell phone
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone is supposed to be made for older people and supposed to be easier than most cell phones. This was the most horrible phone I've ever used in my life. I hated it I will be returning it in the next couple days I don't care if it cost money to get rid of it it's a terrible phone I think you should dump it from your list of sell
