Item will not work,must be returned even with customer help it would not activate

Only used it for a week; not enough time to give a fair evaluation.

i havent figured out how to use this enough to rate it--i need help

difficult to work by an 84 year old dinasour WHO CANNOT SPELL

Don't like the service. They will not help you when you call them . They Hang up on you . I got the phone and was given a temporary number. In three days it was going to switch to my old number. I had a pin # but the lady in the best buy store said she did not need it . She was speaking on the phone to Lively. I went to the other carrier store and got another pin #over the phone. Still using my temporary # weeks went by my calls didn't help they would tell me to hold on then hang up

I bought the phone as a replacement with high hopes but immediately I was exceeding the usage in the same plan I had before and after several calls I increased the plan and they told me to turn off the Apps every time.. it continued to exceed so I bought a phone at another store with unlimited usage and returned this one

I returned the unit for credit to account due to laock of info regarding total costs of plan and possible roaming charges for use of Verizon towers.

Interface for phone and it's related functions needs lots of work, Its very primitive. The overall integration is very third world, not anywhere as sophisticated as the iPhone. The best feature is it's plan cost.

Service continously dropped calls, messages would arrive late. I canceled the line but a few month's later i received a bill for over $100 and account was in collections. . So beware about this phone company. It's sad they take advantage of seniors.

Multiple steps to make a saved contact phone call. Not easy steps to open phone either. Too easy to turn phone’s volume down or mute. Not good for my mom.

I found the phone too difficult to use. When I tried to return it, I received a message that it was unreturnable as too much time had elapsed.

A PIECE OF JUNK DOES NOT WORK CANNOT GET IT OFF AIRPLANE MODE AND CANNOT SHUT IT OFF CANNOT GET EMAIL SINCE WIFI DOES NOT WORK UNLESS YOU ARE RIGHT ON TOP OF IT

Tried to unlock it through my provider. Unable to use without SIM card from lively.

Phone company required a purchase of a service I did not want with the basic service I did want. No way around it so I took the phone back and got a different one from another retailer.

The phone is not user friendly and the service is a gimmick. Be careful if you purchase this for your elderly.

after month my old number still not on my lively phone. i had your store acctivate phone and transferred info iver. i received letter from best buy stating number would be changed over shortly PLEase try to fix

Sent this cell phone to my Sister in Montana and Lively does no have service where she lives and those service providers in her area charge too much to activate. So disappointed. Need to check service before purchasing.

I watched the ad on tv about the product . It isnt very easy for a low vision person to use .
