Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall phone works well, however, since it’s a smart phone, my Dad being in his late 80s, has an issue accidentally touching the screen in areas that he didn’t mean to go to, so it’s been frustrating for him.

In praise of Jitterbugs

What I most want to mention is the efficiency, attitude, manner of handling my transaction of the young lady who helped me. I wish I remembered her name! She was great. Unfortunately, while I was in the store, not more than 10 minutes, my dog jumped out the car window and we ended up with a 30 day traumitizing search (and recovery) of our beloved pet.

Best phone for seniors!!

Not at all confusing to set up and the Lively company gives excellent backup should you have questions. I bought the phone at Best Buy during the busy Christmas season so unfortunately did not have an appointment for activation. Decided to try it myself and found step by step directions in the manual. Yes, you get a printed booklet on all the functions. I have never had an easier phone to set up. The phone has an Urgent response button that i am not chosing to activate now, but it is reashuring to know it is there if i decide to activate it. Love this phone.
