I"m sure after I"ve had my phone a while i"ll like it . BUT setting it up was AWFUL. Purchased on a friday afternoon. they told me they couldn't help me set itup at the store and I'd have to call the number on the box. I got home and called the number. not once, twice, three times and it still wasn't set up. Had to call again in the am. worked on it 1 hr and they said was set up. finally a friend helped me. I feel if they sell it there, and advertise easy for seniors they should help

This phone is wonderful. It is easy to use and has very large font which makes it easy to read. I haven't used all of the features but the screen makeup is much easier to move around within. I just think it is great and so superior to my past phones.

Pretty well satisfied but a little confusing for us elderly. screen keeps going off to blank too often and have to start over on what I am trying to get done.

The Jitterbug Smart3 phone was a nice while it was working! my battery went out after a year and 5 mths! and i can,t find a eplacement battery?

great phone. easy to use and not too bulky. manual and tech support invaluable to someone who is a first-time smart phone user

This is a great phone and does anything any high end Android phone can do. I have oned many other phones including Samsungs and Motorola's. I ccan download any app avilable on Mystore and run it without any issue. I would reccomend this phone to anyone, young or old!

The gentleman who facilitated the exchange of a damaged Jitterbug phone I recently purchased for an elderly resident of a nursing home is someone ownership and management can be extremely proud to serve as the face th public sees.

It does the same things as my Samsung Galaxy S8. The price is much better than anything Verizon had to offer. The home menu is much easier to use. Bigger screen makes it much easier to see.

Replaced my wife's Lively Jitterbug smart 2 with a smart 3 for Christmas and she loves it. The "2" served her well for over 8 years. So it was time for an upgrade. Great phone for seniors. '

Now that my phone is loaded with more categories, thanks to my daughter and the Lively staff, I'm good to go. I am happy with the ease of use. I honestly thought I could set up my phone following the book and the You-tube instructions. I had to phone the lively staff many times to get answers to questions not covered. I found a glitch in the voice recording and was glad the lively staff person fixed it for me.

It’s comforting to Mom and she is comfortable using…she is vision impaired so google assist is a blessing for her…

It would have been nice to have the sales girl who sold me the Jitter Bug to have been able to finish the set up of my phone as she said she would. But a male sales person stepped in and he gave me the phone and said it was finished. Well it was Not done and it is still not completely set up. I told the young lady I was computer illiterate and needed it set up and a brief explanation on how it worked. I'm disappointed that that didn't happen.

I am speaking for myself. Smart phone 3 is Not simplest Smart phone ever!! Smart phone 2 was much Better.

I absolutely love this phone jitterbug3.I connected my wi fi and stay on the web allot.II got a wonderful price from best buy that no other retailer has to offer.Thank you.Best Buy.Will return!!!

I've been doing computers (but not cell phones) since 1985, so I thought set-up would go easy. Wrong. It would not hook up to my home WiFi. I was on the phone to the Lively help line at least four times. Took at least 5 days to get it working. Had to go to the neighbors, for some reason it was able to access that Wifi. Then it downloaded up-dates, and after I went and bought a stylus it didn't come with, so I could successfully use the minature keyboard, I finally got it going. So, getting it working was a horror story. But the function of the phone itself is not bad! I was particularly impressed with the accuracy of the "speech to text" function for sending texts! No typing, just say what you want to send, for me, much quicker. And you say "period" and "coma", it inserts punctuation. Very nice! This is an early review, I'm a cell phone beginner, so YMMV. Setup was difficult, but what I've seen of the working product so far, I think I will enjoy learning how to use it! I was told by the tech people that this phone model was only about one month old. Maybe I got a very early one. Once it downloaded it's updates, it found my WiFi easily.

NOT AS CLEAR IN SETTING UP AS I EXPECTED. STORE CLERKS WERE NOT CLEAR IN INSTRUCTIONS.

No one at Best Buy was the least bit interested in showing me the Smart 3 or demonstrating it. I finally gave up and just bought one on-line. I was never informed that LIVELY was my only option as a carrier - I had signed up for Consumer Cellular before I realized they could not connect to the Smart 3. They sold the phone and service last year. (what happened?]

I had trouble with my voicemail and my contact ring tone, which I figured out for myself

Works like champ. Have jet to give it a full workout. Looking forward to it.

I thought the phone had great features. However my husband was not able to use it because of advanced memory loss. Great customer service.
