His phone is great for the “older” generation who often struggle with fast advancing technology. It does virtually everything that mainstream smart phones do, plus some extra things.

Bought this phone for elderly parents. Fairly easy to use, and has a feature to call emergency numbers in the event of a fall.

Bought for my 75 year old sister. The battery charger keeps making a noise indicating it is disconnected. Assuming it was the charger I bought a new one, same thing happened. The phone isn’t even a year old but since shes in a nursing home and can’t be without her phone ill have to buy a new one. So disappointed in this product.

I liked your previous way of sending text messages ie written not recordings, I was shocked by the sound of my own voice!

Had issues setting up the phone, tried calling customer service for help and they weren’t answering the phone. They ended up sending me a new phone but I still had issues setting up. Took forever to figured it out. But over all it is a great phone for old folks like me. Easy to use. Convenient.

Bought Jitterbug Smart3 phone from Lively, Best Buy for my mother. Had to call a representative to set up 12-6-23. After 2 hours on the phone trying to factory reset it, she said it was defective and would send me a shipping label to send back in 2 days. Called 12-11,23, no shipping label ever sent. They said I would have to send it back ("We never send a shipping label"), restocking $ 10 fee, no money back for $35.00 activation fee, and probably no money for glass protector and case (39.00) fee. Then, it would take 21 days to refund some of my money. What a loss of money, time, and frustration. B

Easier to use if you don’t set up with “Lively” they “can’t” give you support. But it can be set up with the plan we were already with minus the “alert” features.

The Jitterbug was easy to activate and a pleasure to use. My wife would not use an I-Phone and still had a flip phone. She likes the Jitterbug and finds it much easier to use than the flip phone.

Most items are easy to access. The manual and other instructional materials are good.

The phone is outstanding and definitely great for Seniors. So easy to use and operate. My concern was having to wait for such a long time for someone to help me. Lack of employee's.

Cheaply made phone with limited power and app compatibility. Not as easy to use as it implies. Contact integration is balky. I acknowledge the user is impaired but phone not as intuitive as it should be. Needs large print option.

Love it! Use it whereas did not use my previous cell phone. Wish I had bought it a year ago. Very easy to understand once I got it working!
