    My mother had a smart phone, but wanted the "Star" emergency feature that this phone provides. She is enjoying it.

    Still a little too complicated - should not require you to select “enter” after pressing on a contact. It should instead just call the contact. This extra step is very confusing for a recovering stroke patient.

    I didn't purchase anything new; but I had purchased my 3rd 5G phone, a Jitterbug, and Jalene has been so helpful in my getting it set up. This phone has to succeed because I need it when traveling in my car and while I am on vacation. Thanks Jalene

    I don't like the fact that it keeps sending health updates any time of the day or night. It sounds like a text coming thru.

    Thought this phone would be easier to use then the last one I had. Not really. It's OK for calls and text msg. but other then that is is always wanting me to download other apps. Seriously considering trading it in for a Samsung. I know they are reliable.

    Was a simple and easy purchase. It says a lot about Best Buy’s ability to make getting a product to the consumer without any hassle or waiting. Luv the simple set up also. It has been working like a charm ever since.

    The salesman who helped us was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. We bought my elderly mom her first cell phone, she was nervous but by the time we left she was relaxed and confident she would be able to use it!

    After 3 days of phone calls, they gave up trying to activate the new Smart3 I bought ! Supervisor said Not going to work in YUMA

    I have had nothing but problems with this phone ever since I got it. I had my internet service provider out here for several hours two different days this week because my internet on my phone is too slow and he concluded that it is my phone because the Internet is just fine on our other phones and computers. I do not recommend this smartphone 3. I had a Jitterbug Smartphone Two for 4 years and I loved it , never had any problems with it.

    Must wait for technical assistance 5- 7 business days. Customer Support reps cannot support you from their homes with children crying for their attention also.
