Great phone and wireless service. Downside is a constant barrage of ads to sign up for the lively health alert subscription

So far, it has been perfect. No problems and it does what it said it will do.. so happy, Glad to be rid of my old phone..

I like the navigation of phone...the speaker is not loud enough to hear...a lot of videos can't be seen, not strong enough reception!

I bought this and gave it as a gift. I've heard no complaints so I assume everything is copacetic.

So far the service is awful, I can’t get my voice mail to work, I didn’t get my contacts from my last phone and now my contacts are that I did add are blocked. I have two new voice mails this morning that I can’t retrieve. I’ve been on the phone with Lively several times to no avail

So far we like them. I wish that we could get a cover for the front screen though.

I like the phone, must have another download to get my contacts, and photo's back on the phone.

Excellent for me at my age. It's easy to read. Sensitive to touch. Much improved memory.

Not impressed with with the jitterbug lively 2. Can never get ahold of any one. Can’t figure out how to use it. Not great for elderly as I’m 70yo.

I’m going to be returning this product. Could not get cell service at my home. Also, could not make or receive calls with it and when I called customer service I was told because I had the blue tooth on I couldn’t make or receive calls. The person told me I had to turn it off and on each time I used it. So that means I couldn’t hook it to my cars blues tooth and receive a call. I was not happy with it for those reasons.

I'm having trouble with my new phone I bought from you. I cannot answer it. I can only see who is calling me and call them back. I do not know whether to contact you about it or Lively (Great Call). It's a shame because otherwise, it is better than the Smart 2 that I had. I cannot give a good review for the phone!

The finally move the STAR from the bottom of the phone so I don't hot it ever time I pick up the phone for any reason. I decided that the flip-up might be a better choice for me. I have not had an opportunity to actual hold one in my hand but was stuck with using the "sample" attached to the display. I would appreciate that. And it would be appreciated if whoever spells my name KATHARINE would correct it.
