    I hate it. The blast of ads is disgusting. It ruins my texts. The phone just rings constantly with another ad for something I don't want. I can't get a cover for it. It won't let me into settings. I have 45 phone messages that I can't get into. One week after I purchased it, the price was cut in half, with no adj. to my acct. Service at store was useless. i had to carry this emerg. alert, no choice and unnecessary for me, at $20/mo. It's a ripoff.

    My account process was barely tolerable! My daughter's was even worse. She had a phone one week before we did and more than 3 weeks later she was finally transferred using the temporary # rather than her long time #! She is handicapped and on disability with limited income and because it was beyond the 3 week trial period they refused to refund her money. Miss personality told her to give the smart phone to her father!

    I only rate this as 1 star. I have had so much trouble trying to make a call. Sometimes it will go through with no trouble but today I spent about 3 hours trying to use the phone. I finally had to put it down or go crazy. I need a phone for emergencies and to handle business. Joy talking is not my thing. I think at some times that I have it handled and then I can't use again.

    Unfotunately, the first phone I purchased needed to be replaced immediately as it would send or receive pictures. I had a problem then being billed for the 1st phone instead of the 2nd phone even though I had never connected to the internet, it showed an overage. My daughter had to call and straighten the matter out.

    Phone is good, support is terrible. Live help was no use at all, e-mail has been unanswered for 3 days. Phone will not sync to WMP so my library is useless. Thank goodness I paid so little for it, will get little use from itl

    Phone was difficult to activate, took 24 hours. Also, a $35 activation fee. While activating, subject to overly intrusive documentation (for example, must provide 2 alternate phone numbers), and hard sell to upgrade the services. Not all that 'senior friendly'...upon starting phone, there is the "upgrade services" EVERY TIME, and too many spurious calls and texts that cannot be blocked. Speaker is not loud enough. Monthly charge is too high ($22 compared to $10 for Tracfone).

    We were told this would be a good phone for a vision impaired person and it wasn’t at all. After two days the phone locked up.

    Bought Phone 7/1 it is 7/8 and still can't use due to old number not transfered yet. Wrong pin used by Best Buy. No one notified me of problem. Very poor service.
