Purchased less than two months ago and buttons pop off keyboard regularly. Luckily, I’ve found the button each time and just snapped it back into place but for the price, this should not be an issue, especially for a Logitech product. I’d expect this from lower-end brands after many months of use but this is just not a quality keyboard.

Not happy with the product

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This serves its purpose, but is quite heavy, meaning that it more or less defeats the purpose of having a very light iPad. Also, it turns out that we don't really need the external keypad very much, as the on-screen keypad is fine. It would have made much more sense to get a cover with a stand on its own. We are sorry we bought this item, as it was not inexpensive.
