Nice but not perfect
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially I loved this all-in-one case/keyboard for my new Ipad Gen 10. It has so many features that the magic keyboard doesn’t. But after only a few hours of use, I’ve had to disconnect/reconnect the case/keyboard several times due to intermittent issues with the track pad (sometimes will not scroll, or scrolling is very delayed) and the space bar sometimes does not work at all. I have gone to a few site's and have read about similar complaints and the tech support response is always: update your iOS and/or update the Logitech keyboard app…but these are all up to date for me so that is not the issue. And it sounds like others have this issue as well. I’ve restarted my iPad, removed the case, cleaned the connectors, and reconnected with occasional temporary success. I am very disappointed. As I said, initially i LOVED this keyboard case, but now it’s frustrated me and I haven’t even had it 2 weeks. The other thing that I was dissapointed in is the cover will not stay closed, no magentic closure or strap or anything to keep it closed. Also, on Logitech’s site, there is a chat bot that asks for my device’s serial number, which I entered in correctly twice then it says it can’t identify my product so please select product from the drop down menu, but the drop down menu just says “no options!”, maybe because it is soo new. There are some issues at Logitech, apparently.

GarageBand is awesome. Logitech keyboard & trackpad are phenomenal! Turns the iPad into a “laptop”. One annoying feature is the trackpad: you must click, not tap. But aside from that, very happy with both products.

Way better than the Mac keyboard

Not Very Good Keyboard for IPad

It also takes forever to come off the iPad. I am afraid of removing it without cracking my screen. I regret the purchase but too late to return.

Doesn't fit!
