Nice addition to iPad but make it heavy.

The keyboard and touchpad make your iPad like a MAC computer. My one issue is the weight. This combo touch keyboard and trackpad case makes the iPad heavy. Now, my laptop is lighter now than my iPad.

Delivery complications

I also purchased a protective keyboard that was really beneficial but there was a problem with delivery. They cancelled the keyboard because I wasn't there to pick it up after 7days that included the 5 days for it to be delivered? There was an assistant manager that was rudely commenting on the situation as I tried to repurchase the keyboard. Not the way a customer should be spoken to.

I was going to buy it at the Apple Store instead I got this one for a good price and I love every single bit of it . Thank you Best Buy

Material feels good to the touch. Keyboard works great too, but she tends to detach it all the time, making it a “chore” to track down when she wants to use it. Personally, I like my Apple Keyboard for the iPad pro, but the equivalent for this iPad doesn’t offer enough protection (for a kid). Overall, happy with the purchase.

The keyboard is a very comfortable size for typing, and the trackpad is nice to have. I love that it charges off the iPad and also easily detaches from the case. The keyboard is pretty responsive (very rarely is there a lag), so complaints with performance so far.

Yes, the Magic Keyboard works better, especially the track pad. However the price point with this keyboard makes it a good deal. I love that it also serves as a complete case protecting my iPad. The keyboard detaches very easy and the function of Al the keys is exactly like the Magic Keyboard. The track pad is a little clunky, but that is to be expected.
