Nice addition to iPad but make it heavy.

The keyboard and touchpad make your iPad like a MAC computer. My one issue is the weight. This combo touch keyboard and trackpad case makes the iPad heavy. Now, my laptop is lighter now than my iPad.

Best iPad Case!

I use one for my work iPad and enjoyed it so much I decided to buy it for my personal iPad. The keyboard is detachable and the case doubles as drop protection. There is also a slot for an Apple Pencil which is awesome as well. I highly recommend this case over the Apple case due to the detachable keyboard. You can use this case and have the iPad act as a portable laptop or take the keyboard off and use it as a tablet. I would not buy another case for my iPad besides this one. Highly recommend!

The touch pad is also not common so I’m glad this product has one.

Yes, the Magic Keyboard works better, especially the track pad. However the price point with this keyboard makes it a good deal. I love that it also serves as a complete case protecting my iPad. The keyboard detaches very easy and the function of Al the keys is exactly like the Magic Keyboard. The track pad is a little clunky, but that is to be expected.

I also find it useful as a “laptop” as I don’t own one or have a need for one. Great to check my emails, keep in touch with friends and family, watch videos.

My iPad

However one of the things that I think can be improved on is the volume control on the upper right side. It's hard to almost impossible to adjust the volume up or down. I wonder if it has enough contact between the case and the iPad.

The keyboard is a very comfortable size for typing, and the trackpad is nice to have. I love that it charges off the iPad and also easily detaches from the case. The keyboard is pretty responsive (very rarely is there a lag), so complaints with performance so far.

Keyboard for School

So far it has worked fairly well as he prepares for his freshman year. It had one weird glitch just tonight and I had to detach the iPad and keyboard to get the keyboard to work again. The color is quite nice and the keyboard is comfortable to type on. My son does wish the cursor was the more traditional arrow but he makes do with the circle cursor that appears.
