The six-speed “H”-pattern shifter with push-down reverse moves fluidly and solidly clicks into each gear. It’s designed to ensure smooth, accurate gear transitions on both hairpin turns and straightaways. The knob and boot are covered in high-quality, hand-stitched leather, giving it a look and feel similar to a high-performance race shifter and giving you a more comfortable, durable experience. You do have a 2 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that can be claimed to get a replacement item here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024921694-Warranty-Driving-Force-Shifter. Hi Steph! If the Reverse option is not working correctly, check to see if the game your playing has the option to assign functions to the shifter. However it could be possible that the shifter is defective in which case you have a 2 year limited warranty that can be used to get a replacement.
