If you are still within your return period, please exchange it for a new unit, as this is not the norm. I am not sure if you are on PC or console. If you are on PC, please download the Logitech G Hub software if you have not already done so, and check for system and driver updates. We got it and it was good it felt good it was moving we tought it was the table or the shifter but it was the mouse pad but overall it was good

Good, but not a "must"
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The shifter is a great upgrade to the Logitech steering wheel for playing Gran Turismo! However, it's not easier than using the wheel's built in paddle shifters. Also, some seats don't put the shifter in a great spot. It really makes a difference if the shifter can be in a natural location.

This is surprising because when I tried to get it through Amazon not only did It not come in for over a month but It was over 5 days late so I canceled the order and bought it here. The feel of the shifting is good but I personally feel like the shifting could have more force behind it. My opinion, take it with a grain of salt. overall I love this product and recommend it for anyone trying to learn stick in games like BeamNG or Asseto Corsa.
