It works after updating the firm ware on wheel however as soon as you turn the racing wheel off or change games Shifter stops responding. So you have to keep going into the logitech app to keep connecting the shifter wich is time consuming when you just want to relax and game with stuff that doesn’t need to be constantly updated by a computer just to use something the manufacturer makes for these specific racing wheels g920 g923. I don’t recommend this to anyone not familiar with updates and computer downloads. Needs lots of work. Thumbs Down even if it were priced at 20 bucks thumbs down.

Ive even modified it to be more realistic and it still feels underwhelming. Tend to use paddles instead. Not too expensive so worth the price I guess.

Get A Different One

They stop working within a month or two with little use. When asking the store for help they say call the company the company says the store will replace it and they don't. It goes back and fourth. Frustrating. I can't seem to find any other one though, So one last go with this non sense. Only for my child! We have the wheel an the pedals no issues with those, wish this was built as well as those.

I am not sure what the problem is exactly, but as far as replacements go, you normally have up to 15 days for any returns at a Best Buy store (this had been extended to January 16th for purchases made over the Holidays), or up to 30 days for Elite members, and up to 45 days for Elite Plus members.
