Works well, has no reverse

It is just a 6 speed with no reverse. Technically you could remap it to be a 5 speed with a reverse, but for racing games you will usually have 6 speed so this is a pain in the butt. You have to use the paddle shifters to go into reverse which is a major oversight with this. The positives however, the shifter feels nice, the pattern is tight, and locks into gear well, but i will say the shifter is pretty short.
