    Solid, Inexpensive Controller

Looking for a PC controller because the keyboard controls have gotten too complicated in most modern games. Didn't want to spend a lot of money. This is a solid feeling controller which has worked with all the games I've tried. Layout is somewhat different than an XBOX controller, but it was easy to adapt to it. Wanted a usb controller mostly to avoid the weight of an RF controller and this controller manages to feel good in the hands without the weight. Only negative is that the cord could be longer.

Nice Wired Controller, a little on the small side

Bought this for my dad when he wanted one for his gaming pc after seeing my brother and I with similar controllers. He found that the shape of the controller was a bit small for his hands, as opposed to an Xbox or Steam controller, but did like that the button configuration was very similar to a PlayStation controller. All in all it is a nice wired controller at a very attractive price point.

Compatible with Stadia and a LOT of fun!

Purchased this gaming pad back in June 2020. I'm writing this review in Nov 2020. I was wanting to get back into gaming after not owning a rig since Nintendo Wii had just been released. I would consider myself a VERY casual gamer, preferring easy story-based games over MMO style games that have become the norm. I also didn't want to invest a lot of money into something that I would use for maybe an hour or two a week. I had just heard of Stadia and decided to try it out on my Chromebook. It was a lot of fun but really wanted to have a controller in my hands. Enter the Logitech F310. For $20 I was able to add that last little touch to the experience. I've been hooked ever since! Pros: Plug-and-play! This was the best part with the combined Chromebook & Stadia. Open the basically instant-on device. Launch the basically instant-on gaming client. Plugin the instantly recognized gaming pad. PLAY! SO NICE! Buttons - Absolutely perfect response and feel. It didn't take long to familiarize myself with them and they continue to work great every time. Long Cord - I'm able to prop my Chromebook up on the coffee table and relax on the couch with a long enough cord to not be uncomfortable or cumbersome. Cons: It is corded. This is probably my only complaint... which as I mentioned before it makes up for in length, but for $20 it's an acceptable tradeoff. If you're considering this for your return to gaming or first time with all the new streaming options out there, this is a perfect companion to break into it for very little cost! I highly recommend this gaming pad and Stadia!

    Good Basic Controller

This is a nice, cheap, basic controller. It doesn't do anything special but it's made by Logitech so it should last just about forever. I use it as a controller for my Raspberry Pi 2 that I use as an emulator for older games. It works perfectly for that and I haven't had any problems at all. I'm not sure I would buy this as a primary controller for PC gaming, but it is perfect for retro games.

Not a whole lot of options

There aren't a whole lot of options for computer game pads, if you're trying to avoid the Microsoft brand. This is worth the money provided you can catch it on sale. There isn't very much finger room under the controller which gets annoying in a longer gaming session but the controller itself feels solid enough to throw against the wall a few times in fits of rage when you need to blame your sub-par gaming skills on your internet connection or out-of-date video card.

This is actually my third one of these. The first one, I accidentally pulled a short in the cord. Then I replaced it with the wireless equivalent, the F710, which has a horrible wireless signal range/strength. I later bought my wife one to use for gaming on her PC. Currently both of those are lost in a post-move packing mess, so I bought this, so I don't have to use a wired Xbox 360 controller. For the price, I would say they are probably one of the best controller deals available.

Works Okay as a Backup Controller

Works pretty decent for my PC games. The gamepad's look is dated but it still looks brand new from its package. The buttons work well, and the joysticks are stable. The D-pad is also decent, although it kinda wiggles. Not a big fan of the LB & RB buttons being lower than the XYAB buttons compared to the other PC controllers I bought this year. The triggers feel dated but it does get the job done when I'm racing. The Mode button is a bit too close to the D-pad and joysticks and it can be easily pressed by accident. The package this gamepad comes with is a pain in the butt and takes longer to *carefully* open than my other PC controllers and its straightforward boxes. Overall, I recommend getting this gamepad when it's on sale, like Cyber Monday, because it's frankly an older controller, much older than my main PC/Xbox One controllers. It can be a backup controller for PC gamers like me.

A good buy for the price. When not using a keyboard and mouse, I'll use this for side-scrollers. Were I serious about their play I would probably get a different controller. The directional pad on this is a bit mushy but other than that, the rest of it is comfortable with decent feedback on the buttons.

These easy to set up gamepads are extremely rugged. My husband and I have been using them on our PCs for years and are highly satisfied. They are dependable, feel nice in the hand, and have good, solid buttons. This one was picked up to replace another that was starting to fail after several years and we are very happy to see that it hasn't been discontinued or that the design hasn't been changed.

    Best Controller Per Dollar

Great buttons and joy sticks that feel great. They can take a beating and the cord has remained in great shape after much abuse. The weight is light which makes long gaming sessions less tiring. The only thing which isn't perfect are the right and left bumpers, and that's not to say they're bad. For the price, this odd looking controller is the best deal you can get. I haven't found anything outside of this and the wireless version within the same tier of quality for <$50. However if you are going to buy wireless it doesn't hurt to look at those $50 instead. Bluetooth is a worthwhile feature for anything wireless, but for wired this is the controller to get. It has no extra steps to set up on Linux, Windows, and Mac.

I bought this for use with Disney's Infinity

I have been using this controller to play Disney's Infinity. My only complaint is that the controller does not exactly match the Xbox controller. Therefore, I do have some issues being used to this one and then switching to my son's xbox to help him out. However, it works great with the Disney Infinity game. I find it very comfortable for longtime game play. The price was much more reasonable than other controllers that we looked at. I think that it is a good value.

I wanted an inexpensive, durable, and wired controller for use with a laptop so I would not have to worry about batteries and could feel ok just throwing it in the bag and leaving it there. For the most part this controller delivers. My one gripe about it is that the trigger springs seem overly strong. These may "break in" over time but even if it doesn't I am happy with my purchase. Seems to be a solid product like all my past Logitech purchases have been.
