Microphone is too quiet

Great sound BUT....

First pair from Amazon lasted a year and my newest pair just over a month. The swivel mounting bracket (very thin plastic) broke on both. Since the first pair lasted over a year, I thought i'd just be extra careful with the new set, but that went out the window after only 5 weeks of extra careful handling the swivel mount on the left ear just came apart. The sound is amazing and they are comfortable, but I took this last pair back to best buy, thanks to extended warranty and traded in for a much better pair.
