    Device came broken audio would not work and it was too quiet to hear anything I suspect it was Hardware damage with the cable as well other people have explained another reviews I would not recommend this product.

    Had a problem with people hearing my son through microphone. HD to call Logitech and HP Omen gaming laptop to get them to work. Echo on headset also, but pretty affordable compared to the rest.

    This seemed to be a great purchase for my sons gaming at first, yet the sound went out in both ears right after the return period. Now we are stuck with a non working headset!
