Headset looks great and fits great. However you can hear people but they can’t hear you. When playing fortnite no one can hear me. Bad buy.

So I ran down after work and picked this set up and went home and installed. Loaded himac g I and to my dismay when I spoke my friends couldn't hear me. However on my end, it sounded like I had a constant open mic. Want to return as I am in elite status, but got busy and waited too long. I still have the packaging and all. My re ceipt is on file at the store. If you're looking for one for multi-player in game chat, pass this one up. Truly dissapointed, and I do buy all my tech stuff from Best Buy. Purchase one with a USB connection and do yourself the favor.

My son says they are not good at all. He says he can barely hear the other people and that they can't hear him very well. They also are don't fit on your head either.

I bought this for my 11 yo tried returning it on 9/5/2019 I believe it was between 20 days after kept forgetting plus that hurricane Dorian wasn’t able to get to store. I wasn’t aware of your 15 day return policy. Very disappointed. Stuck with the wrong thing. My son is unable to use with his switch game system apparently. Oh do I qualify for a higher credit? I’ll be paying it off by next yr around April. I need kitchen appliance set. Thanks

People that i play with says i have so much backround sounds and ekkos alot+ noises.They can hear what i hear even though i set up the volume for the mics and headset.

I have owned this pair since March 2016, two months ago the plastic at the connector between the earpiece and the headrest started coming apart resulting in the separation of the entire left earpiece. I would NOT recommend them and am quite frankly disappointed with the poor quality as I have several Logitech products that I currently use daily for many years. I have not in any way abused them, in fact I have been rather gentle with them as I wanted them to last. Do not purchase!

I purchased this headset for it's excellent reviews both on Best Buy's website, and on YouTube. This headset is a great buy for the price. It's comfortable to wear, the ear cups are large enough to engulf the ear and not press in any way. The sound quality is great for both Music and Gaming (I compose music and game a lot.) The only issue I have run into is the recording quality of the microphone. There is no way of hearing anything you say without a Mic Boost. Having a noise reduction setting on your PC is a must. White noise without Noise Reduction plays at about -24dB. I would highly recommend using an external USB Sound Card/Adapter if your computer sound card does not accommodate for this issue.

Headset is really great gamer headset but twice the sound quit working on one side or the other.. Had the geek squad program so it was replaced twice.

The earphones did not meet the specified requirements for my job of teaching online. The price was good, but the performance was not.

I should have read more, this was recommended to me in the store but is not compatible with my sons gaming system.

We returned this and bought another brand. My son didn’t like it. Not sure why. Too old to understand.

this is a terrible product for it's price range. There is a headset that costs $5 more with the capability of a sound driver, one which this headset does not have. Perhaps it is logitech's way of providing more products to sell. Wishing i never bought this headset and opted for the one above it. Audio is sub-par, and it has already become loose towards the adjustable headset part.

They are not great. you can do better. they aren't even easy to use.

decent gaming headset, but i totally recommend saving a bit more to get a good pair of head phones and a mic

Son complained about microphone not working properly. Then it quit working totally. Took it back .

My son broke these very quick and I had to get him another pair

Worked great for about 2 months then after about 150 hours, the right headphone quit working.

No USB. I had to return it. Best buy to it back, no problem.

We bought this after Christmas for my son. Already it has pieces coming off.

It was ok in the beginning, but after a few months the right side just stopped working.
