About 2 months after purchase these headphones broke at the small plastic piece between the cushion and the ear part. Cheaper brands are made better to last and don't break as easily. Best Buy is overall extremely overpriced for subpar items that you can find else where for less.

the cable is to long and it gets in the way.......

Really obnoxious headset too big too heavy and the red trim is ugly

I have always bought a lot of Logitech products so when I was trying to find a head set that my step son liked I ended up going with these after trying a couple of other ones. He is picky about how they feel on his head and the mic and sound. The cushions have to go all the way around his ears for him to like them. He has had these for over a year now and he says they are great and highly recommends them because they meet all of his requirements. He just told me the other day that he has never had anyone complain about his mic like they did before with other headsets. Not only that they are comfortable enough for him to play for hours with no problems and he said they get plenty loud and sound great doing it ! What more can you ask for ? I mean do you really need fake surround sound in a headset for them to sound great ? I doubt it stereo is good !

Good for kids gaming hurts after a while and sounds flat

Similar to the g430 they will break on the hinge. Logitech used some cheap plastic in its construction and will break from normal use. Skip this product and save yourself the hassle.

I wish I hadn't cheapened out and had bought a better pair of headphones. The connection is horrible and has a static sound that others can hear on the other side of the mic. Its a headache... worth the extra money to buy a better pair!

About the only complaint that I have about this product is that the in-line mute is pretty well useless due to the loud crackling that others say that I have. This actually over stepped my expectations as when my first one broke (as these things are bound to happen eventually) it was in the plastic of the earpiece as opposed to the cords as all my other headsets have done. Additional plus is how inexpensive it is for the quality.

My son had to have these for his gaming needs. His Christmas list was short, but this was a definite item he wanted. He loves them. In fact, he hardly takes them off. I know that I could have spent a ton of extra money for something superior, but why bother when these are perfectly fine? He wanted them mainly for the mic function, but he finds them to be extremely comfortable and he really enjoys the sound they provide.

If you don't have an input and output sound on your laptop computer, be careful there's no USB on this and those two ports are required, I was very disappointed..

The headset is comfortable. Music and games sound good. Mic works well. Doesn't glow in the dark. Reasonably priced.

First let me say that i had had this headset for at least a year and a half and i enjoyed every moment of it till this day. Everything about it is just great, mic quality is amazing, sound is great and and the pads on the headset itself feel really comfortable. I've had really long sessions with this headset and i haven't felt pain on my ears at all when i finished. Over all this headset is awesome and i would recommend it to people who like over ear headphones.

Really disappionted when this headset would not work when trying to communicate on online gaming as well as cell phone

Diaspointing sound quality, not what I expected. I thought they would be better based on the regular price.

Description says this has microphone but when we received it, we found out that there is no microphone. Returned immediately.

I personally like headsets you can receive instant echo in. Returned these and bought a turtle beach. Never looked back

It showed online that it has an USB adapter to plug in, but it does not so I returned it.
