If you haven't already, please make sure the battery is fully charged and the USB receiver is plugged all the way into the port. If you haven't done so already, I highly suggest downloading Logitech's G Hub software which will help you customize the sound settings on your G535. Hey there MDRG, I'm sorry to hear you had some issues with the audio quality of your G535. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend downloading our Logitech GHub software, which should allow you to manually tweak with the audio settings as well as apply presets that should take your headset to a whole new level. -Weston from Logitech

That's unfortunate and we apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar and move the device closer to the USB receiver and check if that helps. Try connecting them to the computer and sink them with the G HUB app to update their firmware and access the advanced settings so you can adjust them to your needs.
