    Had a HyperX Cloud Flight that broke so I bought this. As soon as I opened the box and put it on my left ear had a constant high pitched ringing and nothing seemed to fix it.

      Sorry about that! Please make sure the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard. Avoid plugging it into a hub of any type; PC case USB ports will be considered hubs for troubleshooting purposes. Also, update the device's firmware on GHub and check if that makes any difference. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi G Support and our dedicated team will find a solution.

    DO NOT BUY i never want to buy another logitech product again because of these headphones the audio was low af the mic was echoey according to my teammates and whoever designed the software for this product should be fired!!!!

    The audio was not clear at all. Had problems with the mic and if you have a big head then they will feel uncomfortable. Also the software to control this headset is a mess and needs an update. I would rather buy the Hyper X Cloud 2.

    TINY. Only fits tic tac sized heads. Super small.

    Cheap. Cheap. Cheap plastic. And it has small drivers which can lack some detailed compared to other headsets like the Razer Blackshark V2 wireless. The biggest downside is it is SMALL. It will not fit large heads AT ALL. Very small.

    The headphones messed up within a week. I did a search to replace my other pair of headphones and these were said to be a good for value but they’re terrible and uncomfortable.

    Volume is too low. I upgraded my drivers in my pc and still ot was too low. I tried messing with the settings in the logitech app and still nothing!
