    So to start out with. It is a somewhat comfy headset. Nice on the ears and over the head. Next, the sound. Not terrific, not terrible just meh. My issue with it is I’ve had it for 6 months and my friends can’t hear me half the time and the sound just shuts off randomly for about 30 seconds and then comes back on. I’ve done everything in my power to try and fix it. My last Logitech headphones lasted me a very long time. This was my first wireless experience and I think I’ll stick with wired headphones. Not very happy with the product and not happy I have to spend a lot of money again for a new headset so it makes gaming bearable

    Honestly only giving this 2 stars due to the mic being solid. But overall the sounds quality of this headset is pitiful, everything is so quiet is sounds like you're trying to play while your headset is 25ft away from you, there is no solution online to fix them either. Also the battery is awful, maybe I just got a defective pair but I witness them go from 91% to 65% within 15min. Stay clear of this headset.

    When the headset was actually working properly it was a pretty nice headset but when ever the battery would get below about 70% the sound would constantly glitch out i moved the reviever to different usb ports on my pc but that didnt help and then it stopped appering completely on my logitech software app and then it stopped working

    Easy to use, quality not worth price

    It was very easy to use. You plug the adaptor in and the headphones work. The quality wasn't very good for the price. The sound was okay, but the microphone was very bad.

    Mic doesn't work

    The flip to me mic hasn't worked right since I bought the product. It doesn't always unmute when I flip the mic back down. I'll just be taking to my self for a while before I realize I'm still muted even though the mic is down. It's been really frustrating to deal with. It happens so frequently. If you plan on actually using the flip to mute mic, I absolutely world not recommend this product.

    Buyer beware! The dongle for this headset is way too long and flimsy. Mine broke with very little force, and the headset is now useless because the LG spare parts site DOES NOT CARRY ANY PARTS FOR THIS DEVICE. Spend your money on something that will last more than the month this headset lasted. And the head set itself is fine. This is just a terrible customer experience.

    Tiny ear cups, complete trash for comfort

    Like apparently all Logitech headsets, these only work if you have tiny ears. As soon as I put these on, the hard plastic (no padding) in front of the drivers pressed on my ears. This is instantly painful and not something I could wear for minutes, let alone hours. This will be the last Logitech headset I buy, since they seem to all have this miniature design.
