Mic doesn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The flip to me mic hasn't worked right since I bought the product. It doesn't always unmute when I flip the mic back down. I'll just be taking to my self for a while before I realize I'm still muted even though the mic is down. It's been really frustrating to deal with. It happens so frequently. If you plan on actually using the flip to mute mic, I absolutely world not recommend this product.

Mine broke with very little force, and the headset is now useless because the LG spare parts site DOES NOT CARRY ANY PARTS FOR THIS DEVICE. Spend your money on something that will last more than the month this headset lasted. And the head set itself is fine. This is just a terrible customer experience.

Tiny ear cups, complete trash for comfort
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like apparently all Logitech headsets, these only work if you have tiny ears. As soon as I put these on, the hard plastic (no padding) in front of the drivers pressed on my ears. This is instantly painful and not something I could wear for minutes, let alone hours. This will be the last Logitech headset I buy, since they seem to all have this miniature design.
