Great sound and comfortable to wear, great to buy and worth it

This headset is comfortable, the sound quality is great! I bought it to sync with my Logitech G910 keyboard which I also enjoy. The range on the wireless is good - about 20', only downside I have experienced is that it sometimes turns off and then back on sporadicly. Not to the point that I would return it though. I feel every headset has a con or 2 but overall I really enjoy this headset.

Good sound moderate bass ( could be a lot better ) the dts isn’t recognized by windows without a paid app, the lg signature studio is a major plus gives this headset great sound. Battery life is mid leading even if you turn the lights off your looking around 5-6 hours at best and don’t go far maybe 20 feet then you will loose audio

This wireless headset is a beauty, it's compatible with Xbox, ps4 and Pc. Has the best 7.1 surround sound I have ever heard, listening to some of the mayhem in bf1 while using this headset is a truly special experience. Has great customization features, wireless does not work with Xbox tho, also I could wear this headset for more then two hours, the top band would start hurting my head.

I wanted a wireless headset and this one is absolutely perfect. It sounds amazing and looks pretty cool on top of that. It's also very comfortable.

When I originally bought this headset (over a year ago at the time of writing) it worked great and I was very happy with the sound quality, looks, fit, and software. Recently, however, (these last few months) they've given me more issue than just about any other thing I own. I first noticed it with the microphone. When folded up, it mutes itself. Really an innovative feature, or so I thought, until after a while, when the microphone would stay muted regardless of the position it was in. "Just turn the feature off" you might think, and as great as an idea that would be, you can't. Even if the assignable buttons on the headset can be set to mute the microphone, the feature cannot be disabled. This eventually led to me becoming so fed up with it, I settled on buying the Hyper X Quadcaster to serve as my Discord and streaming microphone. This was a purchase I was bound to make anyways, so I didn't hold the G933s accountable. The second place I started having issues was in the software itself. Logitech Gaming Software worked quite well for me when I initially purchased the headset. It was simple to use, and wasn't too taxing to run on startup. However, something prompted me to download and install Logitech G Hub instead, and suddenly, I was having driver issues, my usb dongle wouldn't be detected at times, and this would lead me to restart my system or reinstall LGS just to get sound to the headset I paid almost $100 to have just plug and play. Incessant beeping of my headset powercycling and being detected and disconnected from windows finally pushed me to invest in a Samsung speaker system that I had been eyeing so I didn't have to bother with it if I just wanted to watch YouTube or Netflix. Finally, there's today's incident. I was prompted to update for the same update I have been prompted to update to for quite some time. Again, I updated. Hoping in vain that this would be what finally fixed my issues. I held out hope that Logitech would finally bless this poor soul with the satisfaction of a well built, comfortable headset that, at long last, works as intended. I no longer receive any sound through my G933. Fear not though, they're not totally worthless. I can still use the inconveniently placed volume rocker to change the volume on my system. So at least there's that. This last issue has prompted me to finally go out and buy the headset I've been eyeing for some time. The headset that provides more than broken dreams and so many beeps that I'll hear them in my nightmares. I will today be purchasing the Arctis Pro wired headset, because honestly, I'll pay whatever premium now as long as it just works. In conclusion, this was a great headset that I'd still be using today if it wasn't borked beyond comprehension. If nothing else though,it gave me a reason to upgrade. So thanks Logitech.

I got my boyfriend these for Christmas and he loves them. I tried on a pair in store and it felt comfortable and had wonderful sound quality.

Sound quality is great and never have a problem connecting. Very comfortable ear pads for wearing extended periods while playing game.

Compared to similarly priced headphones, I think the Logitech 933s are a solid choice. I like the cup design of the headphones, but wished the battery life was longer. I recommend getting a 2 year replacement warranty through Best Buy because they are over $100 and can run into a few known issues from time to time. Great surround quality on pc and are easy to setup/use!

The surround sound is incredible! The headset is extremely comfortable and I can hear my friends like they were standing right in front of me.

i love the headset. it also sports an onscreen application for making minor adjustments and tracking current battery life. And fantastic sound!

I would not recommend this headset without the firmware updates. It has an issue where it will loose connection when plugged in because it tries to switch to wireless and then back to wired connection. They fixed it with a firmware update. Other than that issue they work great and have a decent wireless range and sound quality for the money.

Although I usually go for corsair more often. These headphones were a delightful surprise. Great quality and fun to play with command buttons.

These provide some of the best surround headphones. Very impressed with the way they connect and the length of battery life.
