I'm loving the Headset but I hate that I can not find any custom plates for it.

There is surround sound which is so good whem playing video games. The wireless capability is so good. One thing thats weird is that it can make a static like noise and that hurts my ears for a second, but it does it rarely.

so I have bought one for myself and this is a second one I bought for a friend..its perfect and surround sound is great and loving the lights ..I have the ultimate gaming experience and my friend thanked me with a smile saying she loves it and it was the perfect gift..2 thumbs up for this product..i suggest look up the video so you can make a great decision

Best headphones I've ever owned. Very comfortable for hours of gaming. Microphone works well. Want to mute the mic? Just flip up the microphone - no searching for buttons. Volume adjust is easy to find when wearing. Comes with very long usb charging cable. Has programmable buttons on left ear piece, but no sure who or why would ever use them? Would definitely buy again.

Wasnt sure about going wireless at first, but after a month or so I'm glad I got these. I do a lot of gaming and this headset is awesome. There is minimal to no lag in audio and the mic works well. Haven't had any issues from my friends telling it sounds bad. Rgb is easy to control through software and easy to sync across all your Logitech g devices.

I bought these when the black pair broke a little after a year old. They are very good though to hold up a year with a teenager. We brought the warranty when we first purchased them. They were out of black so white ot was. The process of using the warranty was very easy and fast. I would recommend them and the warranty from Best Buy.

The headset is good if you are looking for a simple solution for wireless listening. However, when you factor in the price, the other qualities make the headset worthless. 1. The sound quality is passable. Very flat and seems to have a high and low pass set too strong. No real bass or high end. 2.The mic is awful. People will constantly inform you that they cannot hear what you are saying - regardless of mic position. 3. The battery is good. Charges quick, but won't make it through longer gaming sessions. 4. The fit is just fine. Not overly comfortable, but it's rather light, so it's not too much of an issue. Overall, it's a pass in my opinion. Still searching for the 4-5 star wireless headset.

I bought this as a replacement for my old turtle beach headset that I used for PC and PS4. It fits nicer and works better than my old one. It also allows for you to use it whenever the battery dies Incase you forget to charge it.
