The sound and positional audio is so perfect. The built in USB stick storage is handy too. I don't like the programmable buttons tho as I never use them and had to disable them to stop randomly toggling things on n off when I tried to take the headset off. The lighting is also pointless and cuts battery life 25%. Luckily it's easy to disable.

So, let's start off with -- these are great headphones. They sound great, I like that they come with all the cords you might need to do whatever you might need with them. I can't get too in depth with a review because I, sadly, wasn't able to use them long. Comfort-wise, these are a Nightmare. The band is small and the cups are so heavy that it really pulls down hard after they've been on for a bit. I had a constant headache when I used them.

Fit is great and very comfortable. Loved getting them on sale!

I have tried a few gaming headsets and this one is the only one that fits comfortably for me. This ear pieces are actually shaped like ears and completely cover my ears. The sound quality is good and the range for wireless is decent. I would recommend the warranty though because they do tend to break after a year.

I had the unit on charge overnight. Took it off of chartge and started using it in a Skype session. Lost power BEFORE the Skype session (less than 2 hrs long) ended. The unit is very heavy and poorly balanced on my head

Logitech has some of the best gaming headsets so obviously this has good sound quality. The main things I need out of a gaming headset is good sound, comfortability, and out-of-box things to work like the mute button and the microphone. The comfortability is terrible in my opinion but it's hard to give an accurate, universal review because it depends on your melon. I have an averagely large head and large ears. I like the over ear design but the headset sits heavily on the top of your head and doesn't take long for the weight to become uncomfortable and even painful. It also kills your neck because you're balancing a painful headset while not being able to move efficiently. The microphone is one of the worst features of this product. All my other Logitech headsets have had more than enough flexibility and adjustability. This microphone is too short to the point it doesn't pick up my voice, it is not flexible, and has the same issue I've had with 2 other headsets in the G90 series. The mic will randomly mute and sometimes when flipping it up (which automatically mutes it) it will not unmute when flipped down like it should. This happens VERY frequently and THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX IT. You just have to hope it will pick it up. The mute button, flipping the mic, powering the headset off and on (at any interval of waiting time), ending the Logitech software, any combination of these things - nothing works and again, I've had this issue with 2 other G90 headsets. I cannot express how frustrating this has been. These are the primary features most users get out of a headset and I'd rate this a 1 star if it weren't for the good sound quality.

I have gone through two of these headsets already. The first one was exchanged through Best Buy directly. Pros: fairly comfortable design. Cons: my headset produces crackling sounds, they're high pitched and hurt my ears. This occurs with the volume set to mid-high. I'm not setting the volume to max and blowing out the drivers or anything. My second issue is sometimes, it sounds like a cell phone losing reception, the chat will intermittently cut in and out. So far, I have received less than adequate support from Logitech. I've even gone to the length of msging them through their Facebook page. Waiting one someone to contact me, they have another 24 hours before I lose all hope. I would stay away from this product for now. Until they fix all their issues, you can search online and others have the same problem.

My son is an avid gamer and he loves how he can talk to his friends while he goes downstairs to the kitchen to get him something to eat or drink. If using the wire with the headphone the wire is long enough where your not that close to the console. The best headphone per my son.

The sound is amazing. Love that they are wireless.

They work wonderfully and I haven’t had an issue since I bought them 2 months ago. I can walk around my entire house 3 stories and they are still connected to my computer playing audio. The included headphone jack adapter is convenient if I want some high quality headphones to use on my phone. Overall amazing product!
