My son was truly excited to receive these headphones as a Christmas gift.

Husband wanted these. And he was not let down. They are husband approved.

The headsets sound quality is decent however the build quality is lacking. The plastic does feel cheap and the foam cups get hot after a short amount of time. My biggest issue is that within a year the headset started to fail. Audio would cut out and the power button would wiggle, also causing the audio to suffer. I really wanted to love this headset but I can't recommend it because of these concerns. At least I can't at the price point it is at.

The USB bluetooth makes it perfect for use with Switch, Xbox and PC. I've had no connection issues and the RGB is a nice touch. The sound quality is amazing and the best I've seen at this price point.

Although I purchased this for the microphone (for voice to text), the product is great for enjoying movies while shutting out ambient noise!

Definitely of good quality and does what you need it to do but there have been some odd issues i ran into with it that took a little changing of settings and such.

...at least the ones I’ve owned. I go through so many cheaper headsets and this time I splurged and glad I did. They are SO comfortable and the buttons you can assign to commands are pretty sweet. I can push to talk while on a bio break now!

Both my boys 16 and 21 love them! They play on both computer and xbox 1.

My son is an expert gamer and he is extremely pleased with this headset.

While I can't complain about the build quality or sound quality of this product, the support for Microsoft X-box One is not as it would seem to be advertised. X-box One compatible to Logitech apparently means that it has a 3.5mm jack and comes with a patch cable to plug into your controller. Okay, but I didn't spend almost $200 for a wired version of this headset, I could have saved $100 and simply bought a wired headset if that's what I wanted. Obviously, if I'm buying this product for an X-box One, then I expect it to be natively wireless. Turtle Beach 420X+ is the only headset which allows fully wireless functionality at the same price point with an X-box One. I'm returning these and buying the Turtle Beach headset instead. It would have been a 5 star review if they worked with X-box, and a 3 star review for not working with X-box, but since it's advertised as having this functionality as a wireless headset, that's -1 star for what I perceive as misleading advertising. 2 stars. DO NOT BUY if you're looking for native wireless connectivity with X-box One, otherwise, it's a good headset and I'm sorry to see it go, for how good it sounds and how well it picks up my voice. If you're looking for connectivity with a PC, I DO recommend these headphones, but Best Buy and Logitech should change their advertising and documentation respectively to reflect the truth that these are not wireless with an X-box one.

I really do enjoy this product from audio to mic the one thing that really did not like is how heavy it is. But other than that, I like it a lot

Bought this to work wirelessly with my MacBook Pro but unfortunately it’s not compatible with MacOS... wish I had researched this more carefully...

Sounf is exellent for this device, only problem is the adhesive on the top band is bad on the right side, traded in twice and still have the same issue

Good sound Good looks microphone does not work with Xbox one without additional audio connections or cords not included with headphones. Returning!!

I love these, I can connect them to two devices at once, one via the USB and one via the AUX chord. Has a good 8 hours of wireless use, charges quickly, and has a sleek design. Many options with the coloration in the LED lights.

I purchased these primarily for gaming. But after listening to the quality I often find myself watching TV with them on. And just started using them for my VR system giving me a fully immersive experience.

These were good headphones with great sound quality. Comfort has some issues as it gets hot on my ears after long use and hurts a bit even. The battery life is my biggest turn off from this device and caused me to want to go look at different options. Its a shame, its a very pretty pair of headphones just need a longer battery life, I found myself having to charge it every 2 days of a few hour use.

A little on the heavy side and a little finicky reconnecting when it falls asleep but overall a fantastic headset at a great price!

The G933 is awesome on so many levels. It's got so many great features and the sound that comes out of it is awesome. You can actually tell the separation of channels. And they have 2 versions, white or black to suit your needs. Very happy!
