This is my second time getting the same headset as i liked it the first time but both times i started having issues with them after about a year and a half with connectivity and the wiring on the inside of the headsets going bad.

Great when it works

I have had issues with the mic not wanted to unmute and once it was not receiving the signal that was coming from the computer. I've had it for two weeks so I wouldn't expect these kind of issues.
