Low volume, way to low! I installed software and all sound setting at a 100 and i could listen to it comfortable. The only thing if your not going to listen to music good sound effects and voice. But Im a gamer that plays games and listens to music and the music is terrible!

Exactly what I wanted. Logitech quality, surround sound. Even works with my XBox One. I couldn't go wrong. Love all the options with Logitech software.

Got these to watch TV while others in house were asleep, found them to also be great for gaming as well! Highly recommended!

Ok! This headset is really cool to look at but the quality you must use it to understand. My perspective.. it is uncomfortable if you wear it for a short period of time. It will hurt your ears and irritation from the cup because of the pressure. Sound is great but not loud enough. Programable is easy to use but I dont seem to use much of settings. After 6 months I barely use it because i usually hang it up on my headphone rack for display. I put it on last night to play Ghost Recon Wildlands with my friends and realized my left cup is not working! What the h3!!l????? I didnt used it much. I need to bring it to bestbuy for exchange if possible. I hope bestbuy allow me to exchange... I like the price but the product could have been $50.00. Quality and durable is not meet sastifaction. Picked these up before Christmas because the wife didn't want to listen to endless battle scenes on Skyrim, or all the manic explosions of Star Wars. Does great. Good sound dispersion and does a great job of localizing sound effects. Couldn't beat the price, or the fact that it works with both my PS3 and PS4.

Action sounds very clear, nice to have no buzz, blocks outside noise too.

Update break this item, and makes it a brick. The adapter isn't recognized anymore, and won't allow the update to continue. It works with the 3.5 plugged in. It will make a noise that a device was plugged in USB, but no lights. You can google this "G933 not working," and you will see that it is a major issue with this product.

Decent sound for the price. Headset a little tight if you have a bigger head. For kids it would be a good size.

They are great for gaming and streaming, it block out unwanted sound.

I was blown away by the sound quality of these headphones. I will continue to return to logitech for all my PC gaming needs.

Had the version below this one and really liked it but those were not for sale anymore so I bought the model above and the are great.

Good overall quality and sound quality. They squeak upon adjustment but they could change over time as they’re new.

The Sound is very clear and it has a high amount of bass. The surround sound is great and you can clearly hear where the steps are coming from.

It's a bit heavy so it falls off of your head when you tilt your head back.
