Broke within 30 days

The stick that connects the headset to the computer suddenly powered off. I tried to trouble shoot for over 3 hours attempting to reset and read up on known issues. Once I realized there was no resetting it, I tried to contact Logitech. I have had one response in over a week telling me to reset the stick after explaining the entire situation... fantastic. I'm fairly upset that I could not return these for replacements through best buy. If you're lucky enough for these not to break, I highly recommend them. However it's been nothing short of a nightmare to resolve the issue.
