    This is on a new PC system, plugged in headset to charge as only partially charged, downloaded the Logitech game software as purchased a keyboard too. Sound only coming through one side of headphones. Mic working. Went to Logitech support to find this is a common problem with this headset. Followed a couple of the solutions to solve the problem, did not work! Taking it back tomorrow to get another. Long time Logitech user, this just too aggravating to try to get to work correctly. Didn't even attempt to try to get it to work with my PS3 or PS4. One star because can't do no stars.

    This is a great improvement over previous version G930. I have two G930 in our home and bought two G933 to replace the previous version which have started to have some problems with speaker giving out or plug in not seating right for charge. However I have had the the two previous one for over five years so I know Logitech will provide good headsets for quite a bit of time, especially for our usage per day.
