Sound quality in both music and in games were less than expected, in terms of low and high. Surround sound was poor

0 Issues High Quality & Very Customizable

The stereo quality was a minor step down as well as the mic quality. However they are so much more customizable! I'm happy to say I'm not having any issues. It was also nice to have everything I needed to use these on either console or PC out of the box. It comes with a quality, braided charge cable too!

Good 7.1 surround headphones for gaming

I'm making sure I am gentle with taking them on and off and placing them on my desk...instead of my previous G430's just dropping them on my desk.

When charging the headset it will shut off randomly and then take 10ish seconds and turn back on. Can be an issue mid game while communicating.

Excellent headset for Nintendo Switch

After lots of research I landed on this headset. This did not disappoint. She uses it wirelessly when the switch is connected to the TV. When she takes it portable, she connects the headphone cable. She loves using this headset for Fortnite.
