Useful, once you get it set up

I was able to get full functionality on four devices- Samsung tv, SA cable box, Sylvania blue ray and Bose Solo soundbar. I had to do some work on the Harmony website to program it but it does everything. It would be 5 stars but it is kind of clumsy to handle and difficult to see the buttons in a dark room.

Great Remote

Best Universal Remote I've ever had

Loses 1 star because some of the buttons don't work for all the modes, regardless of what they're actually controlling (e.g. the input button will only work for the TV mapped to the controller's TV model, not the cbl or DVD mode(s)). Other than that though this is a top notch remote.

Fantastic remote, not for wifi

Flawless usage and just feels awesome in your hand. Great idea to upload profile so when batteries go out - don't have to remember the codes.

Best starter remote

May not be simple for some people because it requires computer to program. It supports lots of remote including my old 2003 Home Theater system. You can program channel up for satellite box and volume for tv in same mode/selection.

Great Universal Remote

It's a really cool device and helps to replace other remotes. I didn't care for needing to use a computer to program it, but I do understand why. I think it's quite a beneficial remote for anyone looking to reduce the amount of remotes. Also, you have to make sure it's pointed at the receivers or it may not work 100% all the time.

Great economically priced remote

Even works with my fire box even though it says it shouldn't . I would definetly recommend this remote to anyone who needs a universal remote on a budget
