This is my second unit. The first unit quit working after a few years and needed to be replaced. With the setup already on my computer I was able to plug the remote control into my computer and program it for the 5 devices I have in the family room. Came to life immediately.

Entry level remote, perfect for watching TV activity. easy to setup and use and is much more reliable than other remotes in this price range

The remote was easy to set up but did not have all the features I was expecting. I was expecting all the correct devices to turn on and off and switch inputs as needed to watch TV, watch Apple TV, or to watch cable. Guess I need to buy the more expensive models.

I needed a new remote in the eternal quest for a universal remote that worked with a Samsung TV and Centurylink Prism. 95% of functions covered out of the box and adding model I'd and will likely upgrade to a more features such model. DVR / one touch input source mapping all simple to do.

Remote gets the job done, nothing great. For the price it meets the needs.

This is the second harmony remote. My first one had a button go bad after 8 years of use. Other than that its by far the best universal remotes I've ever had.

This is my first Harmony remote. It's missing a few functions to perform advanced menus of our DVD player, but the setup was extremely easy. Simply hook the remote up to a computer and provide the Logitech software with your model numbers. Basic functionality is available for all of our devices.

I bought this remote right after I bought my home theater setup to make things simple to operate. I loved being able to program everything through the computer rather than having to try to type in several sequences of codes after squinting at a list. The remote worked great for the family... for a year. As soon as the warranty expired, the volume up button stopped working. I quick online search showed this is a problem with the remote. I tried reprogramming the volume to another button, but it only works when my receiver is selected - if I try to control the blu-ray player, the volume won't change. Since I'm outside the warranty, I have to go buy another remote. I had hoped for better quality from Logitech.

The best remote you can buy at this price. The remote never gets outdated. Codes are available online when ever new codes come out. Great remote, easy to program.

This remote does everything I need it to. I was able to program my TV, AVR, and Cable box. I highly recommend if you want to consolidate your remotes.

This is not the top of the line multi functioning remote but it does everything I need it to do and the software for setting up the remote works flawlessly. Actually being able to customize the remote's configuration for my older products makes it the perfect fit for me.

Remote is good, sometimes it gets confusing when you want to program certain buttons / functions.

Great product it's able to access all of my devices. It's very simple to program just plug the remote into your Mac or pc install the software and go.

With a setup process extremely fast and simple, it allowed us to get rid of 4 remote controls for 5 different devices in a matter of seconds. So good I'm thinking in buying a second one for my kids,

Had a lot of problems with functions for Dish DVR. The Harmony 350-8 would not accept an important function for my Dish DVR (Format) which enables you to change the TV screen size and it is a function that I use several times a day. Other than that it was ok. It also had a bit of a problem with turning on both the TV and Dish DVR with a single command.

his is a fantastic remote. However, if you're considering this remote know what you want the remote for ahead of time because there are other remotes out there that offer more convenience and features like the amount of devices and activities that can be programmed.

The device does exactly what is says. Hook it up to your PC, know your model numbers of the decvices you wish to program it to and that's it.

It contols all my devices. The remote has a slow response rate. Other than that its ok.
