good remote, easy to program with the downlaoded software, but no back light. Unlike the higher models this can only controll one device at a time, no mixing commands for different devices in one layout.ju

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this was to set up. I purchased it for my wife who was sick of having to deal with 3 or 4 remotes to run the TV and associated equipment. I plan on buying this or one of the higher end models in the near future.

Took some time 2 get adjusted 2 controller have tv sound bar & blue ray don't like the fact it doesn't lite up & it does take a while 2 get used 2 size happy w/purchase works well also hooks up 2 computer 4 changing different settings & updates

I recently purchased a new Smart tv. As much as I loved the remote it came with I needed one that would work the cable box and sound bar and other devices. This remote is so easy to program and customize. I will never buy another

This remote works great for my Vizio TV. I like how you just plug the remote into the computer and you can program all kinds of actions. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star review is that the app you have to download is pretty slow and needs some updating.

I've had the more expensive Harmony remotes when I had multiple game systems and components. I've downsized my home theater and I just didn't need anything fancy so I picked this up on sale for super cheap. I was psyched to plug this into my computer and import all my settings from my previous remote using the Harmony app. My only small complaint is a lack of back light or glow in the dark buttons. Not a deal breaker for sure, it's a great remote for the cost. Just that one thing would make it better.

I received a Sony home entertainment blu-ray player from my grandfather, but it didn't have a remote. I bought 3 different (less expensive) universal remote options and NONE of them worked. Finally I decieded to spend a little more (but totally worth it!) and got a Harmony 350. I knew about their versatility and high quality, but this was my first time to own one. It was the ONLY universal remote that ended up working with my player and was SUPER EASY to set up. I should have bought this one in the first place!!

You need to have some computer comfort to program the remote, but once you get the system it's a breeze. You can program up to 4 devices on it. Also you can add different functions on different buttons for each device.

I needed a universal remote. I already have a much nicer remote from the harmony series. But, this time I did not need anything super fancy. The setup was easy as with my nicer remote. Once finished everything worked. Can't asked for more than that.

I used to have a more complex Harmony remote than this one which was great, but unless you are tech savvy it was very difficult to use (my wife didn't know how to use it at all). With this remote, though, that isn't the case...the buttons are well laid out, selecting a source is easy, and programming the remote is a snap...just plug the remote into your computer, go to the harmony app, and download the source directly into your remote. Anyone can use without an issue. Highly recommended!

I bought this remote for my parents who only have a flat screen, cable box and receiver. The web interface used to configure the remote is easy to use and the device database had all the makes and models of my parents equipment.

Love this remote...very easy to use, easily links up with Brighthouse Networks. Was able to combine 3 remotes into 1. Love it!

Was very easy to teach remote all components needed to control using the easy online app. Directions were easy to follow. Work very well though some commands like Comcast xfinity access took a bit longer to figure out, but worked wonderfully.

Was using TV remote and sound bar remote. Realize these oem remotes don't reach far as if you had an open kitchen to a dining room through to the living room and wanted to turn it on while cooking. I was thinking maybe this remote will solve the problem and it did. Works from hella far away, super awesome. Had harmony remotes before. Easy USB to software setup. Enter model number of equipments and save, done. Also customize and add special buttons. Love this and piano black what?

So, I have this controlling my tv, cable box, and surround system. For the tv function, it works great. But, if I want to watch a blu ray, or use the bluetooth on the surround, it's not that intuitive. For a few more bucks, I could've had the Harmony One, which does it all with one touch. You get what you pay for.

I didn't realize that the buttons didn't light up at night which is a major pain when learning to use the product. All of the control functions work and after time you learn where the buttons are but not having that feature even for a low cost controller doesn't seem like a feature that should be excluded.
