The harmony remote device setup is much easier than the old multi code remotes. Easy to use. However this remote will not control Amazon fire stick. It has to be a hub model which are very expensive in order to control fire stick.

I was apprehensive about replacing our old remote with buttons that no longer worked. Nor did I want to go through all the work in syncing the new remote to our current TV and satellite system. But the Logitech Harmony remote was a breeze to set up via the laptop. Well worth the expense. It does take some time to get use to where all the buttons are on the remote as the placement has changed from the old remote. The battery door does take some doing to get open. But once done you are set.

Great remote, was easy to program and controls all our devices. Sometimes it's hard to get things to turn off. Or I'll think everything is off and walk away and something comes back on. But overall works great.

I was terrified of the idea of on line programming. It was surprisingly easy to program and use. I actually programmed it to work in two separate TV rooms. Liked it so much I just ordered another two.

I use the 650 in my living room and the 350 in the bedroom. Both work well.

I'm happy I bought this it makes it easier having one remote instead of 2.

We were in need of a single controller to control our tv, cable box, audio system and Blu-ray player. This one works great. It is very easy to program and customize. You can turn everything on and off with the push of one button. Makes it easy to switch between watching Blu-ray and tv too. When we needed a controller for another room in our house, we tried a less expensive one, but it didn't work as well so we returned it and bought a second one of these controllers. These are the best!

Would have rated 5 stars if remote had some type of background lighting.

This universal remote is easy to use and controls all of my devices.

Takes care of all my accessories but slightly difficult to navigate

I have never owned a remote control that needed to be plugged into my computer before you could use it, but here it is! It took more info and serial numbers and nonsense to set up than my ikea shelves, but once it's done it seems to work pretty well. It has a one-button turn on of all your tv watching devices, which is neat, but be sure to put all those devices kinda close together and pointed the same way if you want it to work on the first go. We had mistakenly put the apple tv on the wrong corner of the tv stand so it would occassionally not register both the tv and apple tv at the same time, ant turn one on...not the other, and you'd press again it would just alternate which one went on and off! Funny but not the desired effect. Put them closer together and it works better.

Works seamlessly on all of my electronics, after getting used to it.

If your looking for an inexpensive "all in one" remote to replace the 5 remotes you currently have on our coffee table, I would recommend this remote. No flashy screens or anything, but very easy to program and works great

Works well and is easy to program. Works with all of my components.

This remote does need a computer to setup but it's completely simple to use and set up. Just put in what devices you have in the appropriate section and click sync. That simple. It even had my soundbar available (which is mainly what I've been looking for) and all my other devices. I purchased a new tv shortly after buying this remote and didn't take 2 minutes to hook it to my computer and change the tv over. Great remote all and all for the price.

I found it a little on the bulky side, but the remote works well.

If you only have a few devices to control and don't have a complex home theater setup, this remote is great. If you're just using your TV for Roku/Apple TV/Chromecast and game systems, then it does exactly what it needs to.

I bought 2 for 2 different A/V setups. Setup was easy and straightforward except that it wouldn't turn on/off my Sony HTXT-1 soundbase. I ultimately copied the settings that Logitech provided for my old remote and it works like a dream.

Took a while to figure it out, but works great. Not a fan of having to connect it to my laptop to manage settings, but I'll admit that once I'm logged in and connected the changes themselves are easy and simple.

Appreciate the products suction yet compact, would recommend
