Great remote, but setting up on website got slightly complicated. I had to call customer service for setting up receiver properly to control inputs from remote. Takes some adjusting to get comfortable with remote.

The remote is great! Should have invested in this a lot sooner.

This programable basic remote is great to consolidate the others remotes that come with your equipment. The only thing I wish it had id for illuminated keys.

I bought this after a recommendation from the salesperson. He had stated that the "Favorites" could be customized for activities, not true. The only true activity that can be programmed is "Watch TV." It's easy enough to use and program, it just doesn't fit what I needed.

I needed a replacement for my older harmony remote and for what I needed to control this one was just right, didn't need the higher end remote. Controlling a tv, blue ray and cable box and works great.

This was purchased for an elderly relative, who is not particularly tech save. The operation is relatively straight forward. Programming was intuitive, but the instructions could be better.

I originally purchased the Harmony with the touch screen and hated it. Having to scroll through screens to get to the number pad was a pain. This remote was easy to set up online and is very user friendly.

Actually, i've sent this product to my children in the Philippines. This is the second time that i've bought this remote control for them..they have used the first one for almost 3 years 'til they've asked for another but they insist on me to get this Logitech universal remote control coz they really like it! Function well..easy to use, per my son's comment.

I have had Harmony remotes in the past, and I needed a basic one for the bedroom. The buttons are familiar and setup was a breeze. No issues with use and customization of buttons was simple.

Easy to program. Does all that I needed and all my components work together with 1 remote!

Easy to program. Still working out some bugs though. Sound bar does it want to come on when I power up the system but o can turn it on right after individually. Other than that works great

First off, as my nickname would suggest, I'm not a High-Tech sort of guy. So, at first glance, this appeared to be the perfect universal remote. Programming is dead easy. All you need to know is the manufacturer and model number of your components (yes, we still watch movies on Blu-ray DVD, OLED TV, and surround sound...best picture and sound quality). The problem is that the power button started failing after slightly less than a year of use. I did buy another one but this time with the replacement warranty!

Works great for a spare room or bedroom, for the fact that it has only one activity function. It's not illuminated but is easy to get used to in the dark. Would definitely recommend especially for the price!

Very happy with this remote. We run all of our inputs through the Xbox One and got tired of having to grab the game controller to turn on the xbox. This unit can control the xbox and that was our main criteria. Love how simple the setup was and i'm confident that we can change our settings when we upgrade or swap out different units between TV or audio or dishnetwork. Can't get this kind of product any cheaper!

I never understood what all the fuss was about with the Harmony remotes, but man, I do now. The ability to add codes for devices that didn't exist when the remote was made is incredible. This thing will never be outdated because it can always be updated! It even has codes for some pretty unusual devices, like my HTP projector and my Odroid C2 (running LibreElec).
