Definitely like this remote wish I would have bought the step up with the led screen only downfall is no light up keyes

The remote did connect with my TV, Xbox and Tivo which was great. I had to figure out which buttons to use on the Tivo but with trial and error I had it down. The problem (which is frustrating) is once I get on Netflix or Amazon instant video, the remote will not let me get back to the "my shows" taped. It locks into the last company and goes straight to their listings. For me to get out of this endless cycle, I have to go back to my original remote. That is on the only way I can access my list of taped shows again. I hope they fix this glitch.

The remove is okay for basic operations. It's doesn't work well with the DVD player and doesn't program local channels very well. Overall I like it for the basics. I don't think it's worth the price.

After having used this for about a month now, I would have sprang a few extra dollars for a more feature rich model. It's good but not great.

Package says quick to set up but inside it says at least 45 to program. Missleading information but once programed it works good.

This is the best remote I have ever brought and at a decent price. It's controls everything I need plus I have a few things I could input of need be.

Ended up being far less capable than what I needed. It will control several devices but you cannot tell it to control several tasks. I needed to upgrade for the ability to program more than one task.

Needed a new spare remote after changing cable companies and this filled our needs. My old universal remotes didn't have the access codes for the new cable box so I bought this because Logitech has all the codes and make it easy to change. A quick trip down to my local Best Buy and I was all set for anything I buy in the future.

This remote was so easy to use. It took me all but 20 minutes to program it and use with my entertainment system (TV, DVD & Soundbar).

If you don't want to deal with multiple remotes this is great. Once you get used to the new buttons this is a great device!

So basic to set up, no input of codes like the old days of universal remotes. This one I use in the bedroom, I only have a TV and cable box and this remote works great. To set up, plug it into a computer (with the supplied cord) follow the easy online steps and then unplug and you're up and running. It really is that simple!

This is obviously one of the more basic harmony remotes, but it's still great. Software setup works perfectly.

This is a good universal remote. I had to use the help desk for setting it up and the tech was very helpful.

Easy to program and simple to use. Controls Mt TV and cable box all in one remote that is easily programmed. Would recommend and buy again

I was able to get the remote programed in almost no time. The various inputs on the remote were easy to setup using the computer software and simply searching for the devices. The power button seems to have a "feature" where it will prevent you from hitting power a second time in under 30 seconds. This can make it difficult when trying to turn off a device such as a projector or if you don't have the remote aimed at the device well enough. In which case you have to wait for the remote to "become available" again.

This is a very basic universal remote with not an option to add multiple activities. It serves its purpose well for us. We are using for an office set-up with a Roku Ultra, Samsung Blu-ray, Samsung TV and 2 channel stereo. All works well and toggling between devices is a breeze.

Had to create an account for the software. Once I loaded the model and serial number of the devices the remote works great.
