Great Remote

Gone are the days of searching for code numbers in a book and testing it with each device. The remote itself also seems quality. Only thing I wish is that more buttons lit up, but it was the lower end and I really do like it.

Good replacement remote

I was given this remote as a replacement. It took a couple of times to get the remote set up, but it now appears I have control over all the televisions features. Struggling with figuring out what buttons control what, but overall, this is a good product.

Easy setup and use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As long as you follow the instruction, this remote is easy to set up. You do have to install software on a computer and get model numbers for all your TVs, components, etc., but that's the hardest part.

Controls all devices, but not activites

It controls all the devices in the system even a rare soundbar that came with a very poor remote. Unfortunately there is no feedback to what state the remote thinks the system is in. The other problem is that often the remote will reset and forget where the system is at, causing the user to have to reset the device you are trying to change.

Great when TV remote is missing

Best Buy's employee Will was able to explain my best & possibly only option, the Logitech. Went on line & was able to sink with TV. Great employee. Very satisfied with product.
