The remote was very easy to program using the computer.

Bought several of these, for different equipment locations. After downloading the app on the computer and learning how to use it, setup was a breeze, and operating the remote for each location is simple.

Programming is simple, can control up to 8 devices. Decent button layout.

My new TV remote says it is universal, but only with other boxes manufactured by that company. This is a true universal that is extremely easy to program since it is done online w/ USB connection. Very helpful if you have an older component or you're missing a remote. I like the function that turns on everything in your home theater system with just one click.

This remote is very simple to program. You need the model number of your devices. Then log on to web site. Put in your make and model numbers and it programs it perfectly. Much easier then the old style universal remotes.

This remote works pretty well with the included software. The software did freeze on me once before actually updating the remote. I do like the fact that you can use this to "learn other functions" for a device. I use this feature to add things to the remote like my fan and the lights in my room (both came with RF remotes). Overall a solid pick for consolidating remotes!

too many buttons are not even used way to sensitive touch; if it falls you often have to figure out what it has been to do
