It works fine for what it claims to do... Which is control up to 8 devices, but ONLY ONE "ACTIVITY." If your purpose is only watching TV, or only playing blurays, etc then you might like this. However, most people looking at this remote probably have multiple "activities." Save yourself the headache, spend a few bucks more and get one the Harmonies that support multiple activities.

I was looking for an above average universal remote. I had previously purchased some cheap basic ones for my bedroom analog tv, and all my electronics in the living room needed streamlining after having so many different remotes. I like that you can update through your PC, but still need to learn how to use the features that the original remotes had.

It took a while for me to figure out how to program this thing, but once I did, I found that it does everything I need. :-) Controls Sonos Playbar, LG OLED TV and Samsung Bluray player.

The remote was very easy to setup and program. It was easy to use.

Entering different devices can get a little tedious but all in all works well.

Logitech remote was fairly easy to install and works good!

The remote to my Logitech Z5500 speakers stopped working and I didn't want to buy just the remote for it so I got this and it works seamlessly with them, my small TV and cable box.. Set up was a breeze.

I had previously bought this model as a refurb and it wouldn't keep it's programmed settings. I bought this one and it works perfectly. easy to program and holds it's settings.

Better and easier to use than the more expansive models of the same brand that I had 2 of in the past 5 years. Regular batteries are better than recharging the plugged in battery every time you use the more expensive models.

I like it. It gets the job done. It replaced my old remote.

Replaced a 10 year old universal remote, that worked occasionally, was erratic in selection, and frequently failed. I have used this unit for over a month and it has not failed me yet. I love reliability.

Just plug into your computer, input all your devices, and throw away all the other remotes! No guessing codes, nothing. All the original functions for any device and no hassles. Great product!

I replaced my Sony TV remote with this. A lot of original buttons were not automatically mapped when I used the Logitech software so I had to go back and custom map everything. Some buttons still don't work. Logitech software is very outdated. I had to run it in compatibility mode just to get it to run on Windows 10.

I bought this to replace several remotes. It is very easy to program the remote on a computer as long as you have model numbers for all your devices. However, we often have trouble getting all devices to turn on at once with one power button and often have to turn them on separately.
