I purchased my Samsung tv from Best Buy and added several other brands of accessories. This remote now operates all devices with one button!

The buttons are small and you can hit the wrong one easily. The "live" TV feature does not work

Easy to use, great programming alternatives, allows for almost anything to be done using remote. Tried many others and none worked very well, this one was by far the best.

I bought this for my father for his birthday to condense his use of 3 remotes to 1 universal. Super easy setup on your home computer. The only frustrating thing was sometimes the "watchtv" one click command mixes up and requires to on/off each electronic. It honestly is a simple universal remote, I'm not sure it's worth it's price tag

Excellent remote control. Controls many brands of devices, just plug into your computer and attach the micro usb to the remote and it will program the remote. I recommend it.

Ok this remote works well on any TV. Mine was old and it works well, however, if you need help you can’t get anyone live to talk to you. They keep giving you the community to talk to. I finally had someone remote access my computer and fix it.

In the short time I have had this remote I have changed Cable boxes, Televisions and Speakers bars, Updating the remote took less than two minutes each time, it doesn't get any easier than this remote.

We have had problem programming this remote with the cable box. We got a new & updated cable

Love the remote. It controls our smart TV, sound bar and DVD. Easy to set up via computer. It's great at controlling the volume without having to push extra buttons.

High quality, a breeze to program, no touchscreen on this model but I don't miss it. I also have 2 other higher end Harmony remotes, and wish I would have gotten this model all along.

A tech friend encouraged me to exchange my original with the 850. The window with helps is a great idea. He then set it up for me. This device is easy to use and great for seniors.

It took me all of 5 minutes to program this remote. I just accessed the Logitech website and after a few clicks it was done. I love the setting that turns on everything at once.

This is a great remote if you have a lot devices that are from the 1990s. I'm trying to setup a vintage TV and stereo setup and this remote can control all of the devices via infrared.

The one time setup feature using your PC or Mac is great! All devices work and respond as intended. I bought specifically for my Harmon Kardon gear. Apple TV control is a huge bonus.
